CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. Glassman, CrossFit’s Founder and CEO, was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

LADY MIXFIT

Lady MixFit offers a CrossFit infused environment for all the ladies that have been hesitant about trying CrossFit. Lady MixFit provides a high-intensity workout using dumbbells and kettlebells. Come sweat with your squad!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is your opportunity to work with a coach one-on-one and  focus specifically on your training needs and goals. Undivided attention and skillful direction help you achieve maximum results efficiently and effectively.
